What's the difference between a testimonial video and a customer story film?

A testimonial video is concise — one client, one clear endorsement, 60 to 90 seconds. A customer story film is narrative-driven: it follows a real client through a problem, a solution, and a measurable result. Testimonials work well for landing pages and ads. Customer story films work well for sales cycles and trust-building content.

How do you make clients feel comfortable on camera?

We send interview questions in advance so your client knows what to expect, keep the set relaxed and conversational, and guide them through the session. Stephen and Carlos have directed hundreds of on-camera interviews and know how to draw out genuine answers without a teleprompter.

How long should a customer story video be?

For website and sales use, 90 seconds to 2 minutes is the sweet spot. Detailed case study films can run up to 3 to 4 minutes. We also cut shorter social versions (60 seconds or less) from the same footage. Most packages include a full-length version plus at least one short-form cut.

How much does a customer story video cost?

Customer story tiers start at $5,950 for The Customer Story (one customer, half-day shoot, long-form anchor plus a 30-second cutdown).
