Our pricing structure for videography, photography, and video editing services is transparent and project-based. We understand that every organization, whether a startup or an established company, has unique content creation needs. That’s why we’ve tailored our services to meet those needs. Videography Services

CREW:

Our core filming services are priced hourly, with all hours being consecutive. In the event that standby hours are required, we offer “half rates” (50% discounted hourly rates) in order to pause the services. Our videographers are experts in operating cameras, setting up beautiful shots, and ensuring the best lighting and audio recording setup for every circumstance.

Depending on the type of project you want to create, we may recommend additional crew, such as a Director or Field Producer, Grips and Gaffers, or Production Assistants to be on-site to manage your project.

PRODUCTION FEES:
 

Please note that all hourly services come with a minimum Production Fee of $250. This fee covers important pre-production tasks such as strategy, planning, creating a Blue Barn Shot List, footage compression, and digital delivery. For more complex projects, the Production Fee may be higher. We want to ensure that our Producers and Project Managers have everything they need to set your project up for success!

We provide each videographer with the following:

  • (1x) 4K Cinema Camera
  • Tripod, Monopod, or Gimbal
  • (2x) Small Lights and Stands
  • (2x) Professional Microphones

Create a custom filming session at $149 per hour. One Videographer with 4K Equipment Kit Included. Additional shooters and crew such as Production Assistant, Audio Engineer, and Director are available, please inquire for a custom quote.

Video Editing Services

If you want to turn your raw video footage into top-notch, professional content, our team is here to help. We offer a comprehensive editing process, which includes multiple rounds of sequencing and review. We guarantee that the final cuts will be color-corrected, sound-mixed, and professionally enhanced before delivery. Our pricing is based on the number of finished minutes required for the video. We offer different rates for various types of editing. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

EDITING RATES:

Long Presentation Editing Service

$15 per minute of finished content for long format edits only. For example, a 45-minute presentation edited between two camera angles would cost $675 to produce. This includes basic sequencing, cleaning up footage, simple transitions and titles, as well as color correction and sound sweetening.

Interview Editing Service

$75 per minute of finished content for edited interviews only. For example, a 7-minute interview edited between two camera angles would cost $525 to produce. This includes basic sequencing, cleaning up footage, simple transitions and titles, as well as color correction and sound sweetening.

Event Highlight Video Edit

$995 per minute | Includes montage-style editing techniques, plus sound bites and on-screen text elements.

Brand Story Video Edit

$1,495 per minute | Includes various editing techniques for blending visual layers and story building.

PROJECT-BASED RATES

Full SERVICE VIDEO PRODUCTION PROJECTS

The prices listed in the menu below are the industry standard for full-service video production. However, we offer customized pricing to fit your specific needs. Each project includes a Producer, Project Director, Video Editor, and film crew. We deliver one edited video per project, but you can request additional edits from our a la carte Video Editing Services menu.

Our production process is unique and consists of three stages that we follow for every project. First, we clarify your video’s objectives during pre-production and tailor your content accordingly. We establish your message hierarchy and develop scripts or ad copy. Before filming, we meticulously plan and coordinate every aspect of your shoot. During the shoot, we offer coaching and guidance to help you produce excellent content. Our approach is organized, but we leave room for exploration and improv. Finally, during editing, we follow our 4-stage process to ensure the highest quality and accurate representation of your brand.
